As reported in the Guardian (October 13, 2011), Lady Gaga has sued Lady Goo Goo and gained an interim injunction against the parent company of Moshi Monsters, banning Lady Goo Goo from performing songs on YouTube. The High Court said that the company Mind Candy cannot offer the parody song for sale, although the Lady Goo Goo character could still appear in the Moshi Monsters game.
