Thanks for your many submissions for the Gagafrontrow Second Anniversary Contest. Nearly all submissions were correct in answering that the picture was taken at the Columbus Day Parade on October 10, 2005, in New York City, where a certain someone sang "No Floods" on the red carpet, where Giada Valenti also sang.
