Stefani Joanne Germanotta and Mermaid Music v. Rob Fusari and Rob Fusari Productions
In response to the lawsuit by Rob Fusari, Lady Gaga is countersuing. In a document filed in the New York State Supreme Court on March 18, 2010 (number 650183/2010), the contracts between Rob Fusari and Lady Gaga, on which Fusari's case is based, are said to be unlawful. Fusari's lawyer has already responded and stated that Lady Gaga is not a catholic nun.
